Dark rosé. Wild strawberries, red current, lychee, rose petals and melon in the nose. Structured, round and full of flavours in the mouth. Perfect as an aperitif or with light summer cuisine. Pinot Noir und Cabernet Carol grapes. Harvested by hand. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. Not filtered, not fined. 6 months aging on the lees. Elegant, vivid, intense red from the Balcan native, late ripening Vranac, Procupac and Zacinjak grapes together with Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay. Beautiful, pure aromatics of black cherry, violet, peony, liquorice, touch of leather. Aged for 2 years in oak vats and 2 years in bottle. Organic, natural vinification, low sulphure.
