Crazy Sauvignon Blanc ! One month and half of maceration, musk, passion fruit, orange peel notes with a gorgeous texture. Loved it !
Blend of Sauvignon Blanc wines, some botrytised and some dry, with a Solera system started in 2005 ! Sweet, oxidative, powerful, very very long, with a high acidity, dry figs, orange skin and raisins notes. Fabulous !
