100-year-old vines of Grenache and Carignan. The first one I’ve tried from this Domaine of natural wine makers in Villeneuve les Corbières. Very good medium body red, very earthy and deep dark fruits. Good with steak.
Compote, un brin de cuir, il est necessaire de l’aérér une bonne heure avant dégustation. Un régal !
