Vino rosso da uve grenache da vigna di 20 anni . Le uve vengono pigiate a piedi e dopo 3 giorni pressate in vecchie botti per 9 mesi di èlevage . Senza solfiti aggiunti . SO2 totale inferiore a 10mg/L . 766 bottiglie prodotte all’anno . Vino compatto ed elegante , dal carattere intimamente mediterraneo e saporito . Al naso profumo di frutti scuri , fiori ed erbe . Tutti i lavori in vigna vengono effettuati a mano .
