Le uve provengono da una zona leggermente collinare il cui suolo è composto da sabbia marina, ghiaia e marne; dopo la pigiodiraspatura le uve fermentano spontaneamente con macerazione sulle bucce per circa 2 settimane, l' affinamento è di un anno tra cemento e botte di Rovere Sentori di Viola e Violetta, frutti rossi, in special modo la Ciliegia, minerale e speziato Fresco e salato, minerale e dal tannino morbido, fine e persistente
