Vino prodotto salo da uve Loureiro, vinificato con lieviti indigeni e lasciato maturare per 1 anno in vasche di acciaio a temperatura controllata prima di una sosta di circa 6 mesi in bottiglia. Minerale, aromatico e fruttato, si smarca per una beva conturbante ed un carattere deciso in cui l’acidità è veemente ma mai protagonista. Poco alcolico ma molto significativo, invita a tornare in continuazione sul bicchiere. Piccola perla , solo 8000 bottiglie prodotte.
