Louis 68 Pinot Nero di Tenuta Ansitz-Dornach è un bianco con il vestito rosso. Vino rosso fermentato sulle bucce per pochi giorni e maturato in legno grande. Frutti rossi, poco alcol, tanta beva. Servito fresco va d'accordo con il pesce, con gli antipasti in genere e con la spensieratezza. Un altro modo di intendere il Pinot nero.
