Le Glanon Trousseau proviene da una parcella chiamata Huguenette, un vigneto di 20 anni piantato su marne rosse del triassico. Il vino è delicato, al naso splendidi frutti rossi maturi, al palato è leggero ed equilibrato, fruttato con toni terrosi e spezie. Macerazione semicarbonica per 10-15 giorni, lieviti indigeni, fermentazione in tini di legno, poi affinamento per 6-8 mesi in foudre. Imbottigliato senza filtrazione né chiarifica e senza aggiunta di SO2.
