- GIOGIO - 100% Freisa Tipologia: Vino Rosso Da vigne di 30 anni piantate su argilla, marna e calcare. Dieci giorni di macerazione, fermentazione in acciaio e poi solo cemento per una Freisa super bevibile, fresca e pimpante. Un 20% delle uve viene pressato direttamente per favorire un ottimo equilibrio tra frutta, tannini e componente floreale. Vino pimpante da bere giovane e possibilmente fresco. Prende il nome dal primo figlio di Summer e Fabrizio, Gioacchino, in casa chiamato GioGio. Produzione: 4.000 bottiglie
