Crémant du Jura extra brut . Chardonnay 100% da vigne di 10-20 anni. Pressatura soffice dell'uva intera; fermentazione alcolica in inox tra i 18°C e i 21°C; malolattica svolta. Zuccheri : 1,5 gr/lt 16.000 bottiglie prodotte . Frutti di mare, carbonara di mare, carni bianche, relax. Aromaticamente incantevole, passa dai frutti di bosco agli agrumi ed erbe con somma disinvoltura; scatta in bocca, succoso e con ritmo, finale radioso, puro, energico. La delicatezza.
