Le uve riescono a maturare perfettamente divenendo oro al momento della raccolta; una notte di contatto con la buccia in pressa, leggera decantazione statica, la fermentazione e l'affinamento avvengono in acciaio per 8 mesi sulle fecce fini. Produzione : 4.000 bottiglie . Al naso note floreali, fresche, sfaccettato. In bocca un'acidità matura ed un bello spessore lo nobilitano. Una giornata di sole in primavera.
