Vinificato in tino di rovere troncoconico con la tradizionale steccatura del cappello. Sulle bucce per 35/40 giorni. Affina in botti di rovere di Slavonia. Viola, cuoio ed erbe aromatiche aprono ad un palato elegantemente strutturato. Sapido, minerale, sorprendente, con tannini austeri e di grande impatto. Produzione: 4.000 bottiglie
