Natural Wine
Nel calice si presenta con un brillante colore rosso rubino dai riflessi granati. Il bouquet è raffinato e profondo, con profumi di ciliegia croccante, lampone, ribes rosso e melograno, accompagnati da eleganti note di erbe di sottobosco, pepe nero, spezie fini e leggere sfumature boisé perfettamente integrate. Con l'ossigenazione emergono richiami di grafite, humus e pietra bagnata che ne evidenziano la forte identità territoriale. Al palato è setoso, armonioso e slanciato, sostenuto da tannini finissimi e da una vibrante vena minerale che accompagna il sorso fino a un finale lungo, elegante e persistente, con continui richiami ai piccoli frutti rossi, alle spezie e alla roccia vulcanica.
