Serré à l'ouverture, mais s'ouvre sur un fruit frais avec une bouche précise et un tanin soyeux. Tenu par une acidité propre au pinot, un vin frais plein et plein de pep's. Jolie quille.
Magnifique !
Pineau noir elegant et delicieux. Rehausse avec une grâce allongée le mais grillé dans un ceviche de poisson.
