PERPETUELLE n. 5 - 2016 By Le Bouc A ’Trois Pattes, Wim Wagemans, Languedoc-Roussillon. Principles of biodynamics, no sulfites added in 5 hectares of vineyards for "The three-legged goat" of the Belgian Wim, which produces this wine by assembling 75% of Tempranillo and the balance a Solera of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah.
