60% Marsanne(direct press) 40% Sauvignon(50 days of maceration) from Vallee de L'Herault Wild and complex nose, cambucha, quince, melon, dry herbs, citrus zest, white flowers, spicy notes Dry palate with medium body, refreshing acidity, pronounced aftertaste with bite of bitterness. Will be great with taco El Pastor or classic paella
