Tiny 4 ha(7 parcelles) winery in Banyuls owned by Laurence Manya Krief -organic farming since 2005(first vintage 2007) -this cuvée is 50/50 Carignan and Grenache -Alt of vineyard is 300m, exposition north -vinified whole bunches for 2 weeks and aged in Demi Muids Ripe and fruity nose, strawberry jam, blackberry pie, licorice, black pepper and smoke Rounded and drinkable palate, soft tannins, medium acidity
