Naturé is an old name for Savagnin. Wild fermentation in stainless steel, then matured in old oak barrels. Bottled without filtration and very little sulphur. Very pleasant herbal notes. Soil: blue and gray marl soil.
Salin, minéral, tranchant. Un savagnin dans toute sa splendeur !
