The color is reddish purple, almost like blood orange skin. It smells like tomato and grapefruit surrounded by smoke and salt and drinks like watered-down grape juice (if Ocean Spray made a grape flavor this would be it). Has some acidity, like cranberry, but smooths out though it has some dry notes at the end.
Served slighty cold with a meaty bbq it's heaven 🤤
Funky side really good
Toboggan. Jus de fruits, fraises, myrtilles, mûres, cassis. Un délice !
