An unusual pet Nat due to the grape varieties, tasting great at the moment, works very well for winter bubbles!!
Superbe mousse, gros fruit rouge en bouche et fraicheur.
Génial. Fruit, bulles, sécheresse équilibrée. Très très bien.
This is a good one to combine with cheese. Unfiltered, lightly sparkling, very fruity with some remaining sugar. Dried figs, plums, raspberries and sweet cherries.
Avec cette chaleur caniculaire, voilà un pet nat qui vous donne du plaisir. Gourmand mais fraicheur en fin de bouche.
