Delicious. It needed a bit of time to open up, nothing that carafing for a bit couldn't help. But once it did, it opened up beautifully. Subtle vegetal notes, musty, spicey.
High acidity, very dry - medium bodied. Raspberry and strawberry with a peppery nose.
