Di primo impatto al naso arriva un’intensa nota di smalto, con sfumature più leggere che ricordano l’inchiostro. Segue la frutta, prugna e ciliegia, dolci e mature. Con l’evoluzione arrivano note di liquirizia e qualcosa che ricorda la pelle conciata. Porta sulle spalle i suoi 15 anni, li si percepiscono anche al palato, ma ha un’acidità e una dolcezza delicata che gli donano un po’ di giovinezza. Di gran corpo, tannino levigato, media persistenza.
