Al naso mela golden e crema cotta, seguono mandorla, zafferano, curry e grafite man mano che prende aria. In bocca delicatissimo, bolla finissima paragonabile ad uno Champagne, equilibrio tra tutte le componenti. Vino bello grasso e croccante, che lascia una bella sensazione in bocca.
