My first octavin, definitely not the last! It opens up after being opened for some hours. So fresh! Notes of pineapple, citrus, and pepper! Lots of acidity and minerality. Really delicious!

Franchement … aucun défaut … tout clean . Gras , beurrée … mais un peu décevant … manque de complexité et de punch… .
