Natural Wine
Very nice everyday red, mainly gamay sourced from Beaujolais, grown by viticulteurs who share Ganevat's ideas on growing grapes. Plus some chardonnay and various Jura grapes. Semi carbonic maceration, slightly fizzy (give the bottle a good shake if you don't like that), black cherry nose, very fresh, light tannins. Good stuff!
