un vin simplement efficace car gouleyant et frais franc et soyeux. vin d apero tapas ou grillade de poisson. Bouche ample en bouche au touché soyeux fruit blanc, citrus assez mineral.
Really good natural wine from Empordà in Spain. Carignan Noir made as a white wine.
Doesn't have that distinct natural funk. But overall, a pleasant white wine to drink cold on a hot day. Peach, mild acids, low viscosity.
Earthy flint layered on top of pear and peach. A fun fermentation aromatic quality I’m struggling to identify. Phenolic. Matchstick sulfur in the background. Really big acidity. Lovely light pink hue. Super enjoyable wine. Plus resilient - open two days in refrigerator.
