Une révélation ! Moi qui connaît très très mal les bons d’Alsace, mais plutôt bien les pinots noirs, je suis tombé par terre avec ce vin. Très bien vignifié, beaucoup de rondeur et de fruits noirs. À carafer pour qu’il s’exprime pleinement et sans goûts parasites. C’est d’une fraîcheur incroyable, beaucoup de peps au début qui nous emmène avec une belle longueur en bouche fruité et légèrement épicée par la suite. Un vrai bonheur !
