Pinot Noir, Syrah - Tasman
An absolute bomb! Delicious!
Tasting
The color is a cloudy watermelon red with a beautiful orange hue. The nose has this tomato juice / pork charcuterie savoriness plus hints of flowers. On the palate it’s juicy cranberry with grapefruit zest. There is a carbonic pop that gives this bright red fruit citrus clash a brilliant zing with easy tannins that immediately fade into a light finish. Drank with a slight chill and loved every drop of it. Plus the artwork is flawless.
Vinification: predominantly fully destemmed, all small batch ferments with 5-10 maceration. 10% carbonic Soils: Alluvial, clay, gravel Aging: 6 months stainless steel
Very good natural Pinot Noir in a very nice wine bar / restaurant. The food was amazing as well.
