Lovely, light bodied, fresh, balanced white. This wine will offend no one. Mild acidity. Dry. Brief green apple at the front of the palate, followed by white flowers and honey dew, and leaves you with nothing but fresh summer raindrops at the finish. Pair with luncheon sandwiches 🥪, a cucumber salad 🥗, white pizza 🤍. It did start to loosen up on the dance floor a little (a tiny little) as it warmed a bit by the end of the bottle, and there was a nod at some creme fraische with preserved fruit tang. I would love to see how this wine evolves by 2024, but certainly deserves credit right now.
