Un délicieux assemblage un peu perlant comme je les aime, sur du fruit type baies noires notamment cassis. Un vrai régal !
Red fruit and great fresh acidity. The two Cabernets really shine – liquorice, black olive, pepper – and this is lifted by the fruit of the Gamay and Grolleau. MASSIVE energy going on here.
Deep ruby color, clear, fizzy. Cherry, graphite, bit nasty which is typical for reds from Anjou and I love it.
