This also was 2015; it could have easily sat for a little longer too to mellow out the acid but I was curious nevertheless. I haven't tried the poulsard, sadly... if i do find it i'll heed your advice and let it rest a little longer!

What vintage was that? I had a 2015 poulsard recently and it was way too young I guess, quite far from the delicacy I was expecting. Thank you!
