Amazing Nose full of red berries and forest black berries , a small hint of tea mushroom and violet . Palate is fresh and crispy , less tannins then acidity . Great one for lamb with sweet sauce , battuta , Asian tar-tar . 5 gamay of 5 🤜🏻
Great one ! Wild one ! Bread , Nordic berries , nuts After 4 hours of aeration still have a lot of acidic / acidity this one not for everyone ! Be careful , drink by your own !
