This was one of my ”I want to try“ producers. Elisabetta Foradori is a natural wine producer from Northern Italy. Her Morei is a full-bodied red wine with mineral grain and a lot of fruit and spices. Fantastic expression of what Elisabetta’s Teroldego vineyards have to offer in the Dolomite mountains. Red currant, raspberry and blueberry, but most of all this energetic acidity and freshness that only Terolego does for me.
