Aged sparkling with nice and fresh carbonation but pretty dry on the end.
so good! think lambrusco without added sugar and chemicals. this is a solid wine, with mushroom flavor with floral bursts. i looove this wine. it was served at room temperature, but could really benefit from a little refrigeration.
