Organic wine
The Nowack domaine was founded in 1795 and is located in the village of Vandières in Vallée de la Marne. Since 2011 the domaine has been managed by Flavien Nowack, grown up together with Champagne, as well as a background in Mersault by Coche-Dury. The parcel production (lieu-dit), the separated vinification aiming and keeping track of every single terroir, the respect of the nature both in the vineyards and in the cave are the basic ingredients of these champagnes.
