Belle fraîcheur avec une légère effervescence, très agréable.
9.2 / zero added / $30 / tangy sour cherries on the tongue with earthy floral nose. Deep red color, but very little tannins. It feels alive, which is of course what all of us natural wine kids live. It's a light red, but hardly one dimensional. Nicely structured wine. Not overbearing in any aspect, but very interesting. Every sip reveals another facet. Not readily available where I live, but I will put on effort to seek it out again. Highly recommend!
