Podere Orto. Sangiovese e grechetto rosso. Solo acciaio. Disteso ed armonioso sembra di volteggiare su un’ altalena di ciliegie colte dall’albero,more di rovo,amaranto e rabarbaro. Trama farinosa,fondo di cicoria,ginestra e sbuffo fegatoso. Sembra il vino di “Checco”,mio nonno Francesco. Che proprio ad Acquapendente è campato di terra. Vino della Domenica. Consacrata dalle tagliatelle co’ le rigaglie e pollo arrosto.
