Very light and high-toned, almost a deep rosé color. Savory strawberry fruit and limestone minerality.
Bichi means in the baja part of México being naked and that's exactly how this wine feels at taste. Their logo is naked like you came to this world. Dark pink color that resemble mature strawberries, black pepper, and some sea breeze.
Quite funky with some mild bubbles, also plenty of fresh red berries. Perfect for a summer’s day.
Very expressive. Red and dark fruits, nice acidity, a bit sour. Good with cheeses. Color is between rosé and red
