Great wine from Vipava Valley, Slovenia. A product of organic and biodynamic farming. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete eggs. Seven days of maceration. No fining, no filtration. Fruity & irresistible!
Completely different. Zelen is not a widespread variety, yet with this representation it will win over a lot of fans.
Vertical fresh and clean. Very mineral We like it
