Found it at Sain et Soif - Lyon 😊 Effing awesome wine. Rich because of the late harvest but so crisp. Amazing wine as usual from T. Pico

A lot of yellow fruit and a lot of minerality. Yellow apple and salty feeling in a palate . Great and unusual !
