Super light, dry, currants, every berry on g*d’s green earth. Tastes pretty young. Super refreshing. Had it with spaghetti and meatballs with Jason (human) and Karolyn (human) and Margot (dog). Jason wore a bucket hat throughout the meal because he was raised in a barn. Too light for that meal but I imagine it being fun day drinking in a public area out of a plastic cup in the summer with cured meats and some weed maybe. Maybe an Italian meats sandwich. Much more summery than any sparkling rosé. Jason purchased it from our crush Quinn at Psychic Wines in Silverlake, which I’m sure plenty of people on this platform live near.
