Silky smooth Grenache. A delight
Spice and rose
Red fruits Cherries, raspberry and jam with a hint of sourdough and rubber. Bright Tangy red fruits, medium acid virtually no tannin. Super bright and young, with a slight funk on the back.
Very juicy yet light. Had at Noma in Copenhagen. One of my first Australian naturals!
