Hand-picked, unfiltered and spontaneous fermentation. Acidity is through the roof, I would definitely recommend food or salted nuts if opened now. Fruit is obvious and well integrated. Would be interesting to save for a year or two. Only the second year for Alexander Schregel, potential is huge.
