Pure minerality with nice stone fruit. Pairs amazingly with chili sauces, soysauce onion infused seafood dishes. Salty finishing in the wine helps with scallops

More floral than expected on the palate. Nice texture and acid. Surprising stands up to all the flavors of the food so far.
