Tanins Goût de raisin blanc Profond
Super wine!! Biodynamically farmed. I have always thought that Albana is a perfect grape for skin-contact and amphora fermentation/ageing and this wine confirms my theory 💘 On the nose there are beautiful aromas of peach, apricot, marmelade, honey & a sprinkle of cinnamon. It was full bodied with goood acidity and nice light tannins. I absolutely loved it paired with rice and curry chicken. Must try!
