Beier, un cépage rare et autochtone qui offre un jus d’une grande finesse, croquant et généreux de fruits rouges. Se sirote comme un Poulsard du Jura, et pourtant on est bien en Catalogne ! Un régal 👍
Just stunning. Like a little, more sprightly sister to carignan, has somewhat of the musty shoe leather feel but very light and crunchy. What a discovery.
