Fresh, great acidity, floral, some fruit reduction
Amaze-balls! A bit of dried pineapple on the nose with minerality and acid on the back of the tongue when first opened. Some elderberry and camomile after a few minutes . Wish I didn’t have to travel to Frankfurt to get more.
