Natural Wine
Le vigne “Altre Terre” si trovano a circa 700 m di altitudine, qui si coltiva Trebbiano, Garganega e Pinot Nero. Dopo la raccolta, le uve di Trebbiano e Garganega vengono pigiate con i piedi in un tino di legno, il mosto con le bucce inizia spontaneamente la fermentazione senza controlli di temperatura, con follature giornaliere. Dopo 7 giorni di macerazione a contatto con le bucce, avviene la svinatura e la fermentazione termina in serbatoi di acciaio. Un “orange wine” dalle note di thè, albicocca e sidro di mele, un tannino delicato e una buona acidità, danno a questo vino una grande struttura e complessità.
