More Punk than Rock n’ Roll, this wine have been bottled hoping that it will smooth a little bit on it and The winemaker win the bet. It is a smooth, gentle and fruity wine that surprise me a lot because of its stability eventhough its volatibility (sparkling and alive). Non intervention, care and love that’s all. Thank you Mr. Dervieux!
Ces deux nouvelles cuvées accompagneront vos dîners à L'Ecolodge de la Maison Joulin,lors de votre séjour. Beaux fruits mûres pour le blanc, et belle fraîcheur sur le grolleau, avec bien sûre le côté épices. Deux vins d'été .
