A unique kind of Gamay from Trasimeno
fermentazione spontanea con lieviti indigeni e macerazione per 8 giorni. Odore di frutti rossi, tannico.
Intense notes of strawberry jam shot through with persistent herbal flavours, thyme, and a tiny hint of mint perhaps, a lovely citrus touch at the finish. And for a 13.5% red there's a lightness to it all. Superb.
